School Uniform

It is expected that all children will wear uniform as follows:

Boys

For winter; red or blue school branded sweatshirt, with a white polo shirt, grey trousers, dark socks and trainers (not 'converse' style boots).  For summer; white polo shirt, school branded sweatshirt and grey shorts. No sandals.

Girls

For winter; red or blue school branded sweatshirt, with white polo shirt, grey pinafore dress, grey skirt or grey trousers.  Red or grey tights or white socks and trainers (not 'converse' style boots).  For summer: a gingham or candy stripe dress in red or blue, white socks and school branded sweatshirt. No sandals. 

PE

All children will require a drawer string bag containing black or blue shorts and a blue, school branded T-shirt. We would also like all children to have a pair of wellies at school (for those muddy walks across the fields!).  

School Clothing

Branded school sweatshirts (compulsory), blue PE T-shirts (compulsory), book bags (compulsory), draw-string bags for PE (optional), baseball caps (optional) and blue or red fleeces (optional) can be purchased from the school. All orders are done by parents' secure log-in to our School cashless system, Scopay.  

All sweatshirts, T shirts, jackets etc as well as shoes worn to school should be clearly marked with owner’s name.  The school cannot accept responsibility for items of clothing that go astray.  If they are clearly named, it is easy to return them to the rightful owner.

If you need name tapes, please consider ordering Stikins labels.  Great for uniform, shoes, lunchboxes, water bottles, books or pretty much anything else, they survive the washing machine or dishwasher and best of all, if you quote St Mary’s code 20711  when you order, they will donate 30% of every order to the PTA.
